Item may be returned via our pick up service. Through this service a courier will collect your items containing what you wish to exchange or return.

The pick up will be arranged within 3 working days.

Kindly note that items must be unused,
Must not be broken or damaged and in its original form.

In the event that any damaged product is delivered you have until 24hours from the time of delivery to file a return request along side a photo of the damaged product and receipt of purchase.

Please note that there maybe certain products that may or may not be returnable.

Please note that if an incorrect product is handed by you to our courier service partner, zarabi General Trading shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
